JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a 5* Luxury Game Lodge in Madikwe to recruit an energetic TRAILS GUIDE & FRONT OF HOUSE/LODGE ANCHOR COUPLE .
Combined Skills Requirements
- Previous experience in a 5-star lodge is crucial.
- Great attention to detail, creating and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, be trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Available to work flexible hours, problem solvers who can work under pressure and lead by example.
- Own transport.
- Stable employment history and contactable references.
Trails Guide Requirements
- Minimum FGASA 1 and Full Trails.
- Must have experience in hosting guests and basic vehicle maintenance skills.
Front of House Requirements
- Good experience in all lodge departments as you will fill HOD roles when they are on leave.
- Proficient in using property management systems and other relevant software e.g. Panstrat or similar.
- Sound knowledge of stock control, general administration, and yearly budget.
- Have exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Start date – ASAP
Remuneration
Trails Guide - up to 12K – DOE - Live-in benefits.
Front of House - up to 11K - Live-in benefits.
